We are a full service manufacturer of custom plastic molding and product assembly. Our main businesses are: injection molding, rotational molding and product assembly. We also own a metalworking facility to supply metal parts used in our assembly workshop.

Our specialty is the competitive assembly service and engineering knowledge applied to custom made solutions. We are very capable of handling projects where multiple parts made of different materials need to be assembled.

We seeks to develop relationships with customers as partners, integrating technical expertise, excellent service, diversified manufacturing capacities and mutual profitability.

We serve customers in a variety of industries, including hand tools, power tools, household consumer goods, industrial cleaning equipment, health care products, and others. 100% of our products are exported.

    Plastic Injection Molding
 Our Tools injection molds precise products with a strict QA regimen. We have machines dedicated to precise and transparent optical parts. Our class 100,000 clean room also provides a range of items for medical products.

A wide range of raw material are used in our daily operation. These materials include PP, ABS, HIPS, PE, PA, POM, PMMA, PC, PVC, TPE, PET. Many specialty engineering materials are also used, including PSU, PTFE filled acytal, MoS2 filled nylon, and many other engineering modified resins. We also have rich experience in UV stablizers and UL94-V0 flame retardants.

We own our own mold making facility. We use state of the art equipment to make quality molds. These molds are used in-house by us, and also some are exported to our overseas customers.

We have strong capacity of product assembly and packging. With a range of staff our assembly team operates collating sub-components made by us or outsorced from others, to make finished products. These products are often assembled with special equipment, for example ultrasonic welding, high frequency welding, silk printing and painting. Many products are assembled using highly efficient and complex assembly lines.
